ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Hello and welcome! I am Stacy J., the owner of this small business and I’ve struggled with Traction Alopecia for more than two decades. As a result, I would travel nearly 800 miles from Philly to ATL each month for wig installations. I took that journey faithfully because I would not settle for anything less than a realistic look and feel. However, the travel was tiring and expensive! Not to mention I was an OG retired stylist myself. Who would have known that the quest for flawless wig installs would lead me on a unimaginable journey! It became somewhat of an obsession lol. To date, I've taken several master classes from wig making to styling. I've invested in industrial sewing machines, and even traveled to the continent of Asia in pursuit of the best quality hair for the most reasonable prices. Some say it's not surprising that this obsession and many investments jump started this small business. After noticing the girlies would often stop to inquire about WHO DID MY HAIR, even those that don't suffer from Alopecia, I knew HERR HAIR was born and well, the rest is history!

ORDERS REQUIRING CUSTOMIZATION (CUSTOM UNITS, COLOR CUSTOMIZATION, ETC.)  ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 14-21 DAYS OF ORDER PROCESSING.

ORDERS WITH A VALUE LESS THAN $25 WILL BE SENT VIA NON-TRACKABLE GROUND MAIL AND WILL ARRIVE WITHIN TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE SHIPMENT DATE

MERCHANDISE CAN BE PICKED UP LOCALLY IN PHILADELPHIA, PA. PROCESSING TIMES AND RETURN/EXCHANGE RULES APPLY
